  1. Wow! Is this place on public land? Do you think it was carved by water (is there a rushing creek?) or possibly crated by faults? Are you willing to give any clues to its location? Thanks for sharing.

  2. This place is on private land. I think the chasm was created by geologic activity – not water. It could have something to do with faulting, but Im not sure. All I can tell you about its location is that it is in the Middle Mad River, near Pilot Creek. There are many sandstone rock formations on Six Rivers near here that are worth exploring – if your looking for a place like this to check out.
